Job Description
The duties described are for the full-performance level. At developmental grade levels, assignments will be of more limited scope, performed with less independence and limited complexity.
The duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Uses a personal computer with a variety of software packages to develop forms, reports and spreadsheets and/or produce lists, reports and charts in final form.
- Participates in the development and maintenance of databases, revision and/or updates of existing programs, and the troubleshooting of computer systems and communications services.
- Responsible for the operation of a light activation credentialing center to assist Division and local Agency personnel with activation and updating of security credentials.
- Provides support and training of personnel using computer systems and programs.
- Maintains inventories of computers and computer-related items as well as computer-generated forms, catalogs, and lists.
