Drywall Chief Estimator – $150K‑$200K (Winter Haven, FL)

We are a leading commercial drywall and metal framing recruiting firm seeking an experienced Chief Estimator to join multiple established contractors.

As Chief Estimator, you will manage a motivated team of estimators and project managers, overseeing takeoffs, pricing, and bid management for a diverse portfolio of commercial projects.

• 15+ years’ experience in commercial drywall/metal framing construction as a Project Manager or Estimator
• Proficiency with On‑Screen Takeoff/Quick Bid (OnCenter Software) and/or Plexxis software or equivalent
• Strong background in diverse commercial projects
• Self‑motivated, coachable, and teachable attitude
• Leadership experience managing a motivated team
