MAS Concrete and Layout Inc is looking for a hardworking and dependable Concrete & Masonry Laborer to join our growing team in Winter Haven, FL! This is a hands-on opportunity to build your career in the concrete and masonry trade alongside experienced professionals. • Assist with concrete pouring, finishing, and curing on residential and commercial job sites
• Support masonry work including block laying, brick work, and mortar mixing
• Set up and break down forms, frames, and reinforcement materials such as rebar and wire mesh
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power tools related to concrete and masonry work
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment across job sites
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Assist crew leads and skilled tradesmen with layout and site preparation tasks

• Prior experience in concrete, masonry, or general construction labor preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites in the Winter Haven, FL area
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-first attitude
• Ability to follow directions and work efficiently under supervision
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools used in concrete and masonry work is a plus
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including Florida heat
