End Dump Operator

Tucker Paving is looking for experienced End Dump Drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating end dump trucks in a construction environment and transporting materials safely and efficiently to support daily project operations.

• Safely operate an end dump truck on construction sites and public roadways.
• Transport materials such as dirt, rock, asphalt, and other construction materials.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and field crews.
• Assist with general job site needs as required.
• Report any equipment issues or safety concerns promptly.

• Valid CDL license required.
• Minimum 2 years of dump truck experience preferred.
• Experience working in a construction environment preferred.
• Ability to follow directions and work safely as part of a team.

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
• Ability to climb in and out of equipment and trucks safely.
• Ability to perform routine vehicle inspections and job site tasks.
• May require working outdoors for extended periods.
• Primarily works on construction sites and roadways.
• Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, dust, noise, and changing job site conditions.
• Must follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Typical working hours are 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (40–50 hours per week), with occasional overtime as needed to meet project deadlines.
