Overview
Calvary Baptist Church in Winter Haven, Florida is seeking a full-time Director of Worship, Ministries, and Technology. This individual will serve as the primary worship leader for our Winter Haven campus while overseeing worship and production ministries across multiple campuses, including Calvary Alturas.
Responsibilities- Lead worship for the Winter Haven campus.
- Oversee worship and production ministries across multiple campuses, including Calvary Alturas.
- Develop volunteers and organize worship and technical teams.
- Plan services and oversee production systems.
- Strong relationship with Jesus Christ and a shepherd’s heart.
- Experience with worship technology and band leadership.
- Proficiency in Planning Center, Pro Presenter, Multi Tracks, Playback, and digital soundboards.
