Worship & Creative Arts Director

Position Summary

The Director of Worship & Presentation will champion the worship culture and oversee the audio‑visual presentation experience of Kairos Church. This person will lead engaging, Spirit‑led worship, manage visual and lighting elements during services, develop volunteer teams, and collaborate closely with pastoral and creative staff to ensure meaningful, seamless, and spiritually impactful Sunday services and special events.

• Lead Sunday worship with excellence and authenticity.
• Recruit, develop, and pastor volunteer musicians, vocalists, and audio teams.
• Plan and coordinate weekly rehearsals.
• Create setlists and transitions aligning with sermon series.
• Lead worship for Kairos YTH monthly.
• Champion worship culture off‑stage through team nights and devotionals.
• Manage Planning Center, song arrangements, and team communications.
• Maintain and improve musical/audio equipment within budget.

• Oversee visual elements for Sunday services including Pro Presenter presentations, lighting cues, and online streams.
• Build and operate Pro Presenter presentations weekly.
• Coordinate visuals closely with the worship team.
• Collaborate with the creative team on sermon graphics, transitions, and videos.
• Maintain and improve lighting and screen systems.
• Manage and train volunteer presentation teams.
• Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
• Assist in stage design and visual enhancements for services and special events.
• Lead Sunday morning run‑throughs and oversee service execution.
