Role Description

The Client Care Coordinator is a full-time, on‑site role based in Winter Haven, FL. This role is responsible for serving as a primary point of contact for clients and their families, managing incoming calls, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience with Comfort Keepers services. Day‑to‑day tasks include coordinating care schedules, updating client records, communicating changes to caregivers, and assisting with service follow‑up to support client satisfaction.

The Client Care Coordinator works closely with office staff and care teams to address client concerns, resolve issues promptly, and maintain clear, professional communication. This position also supports administrative tasks related to client onboarding, documentation, and quality assurance.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and care teams.
  • Professional phone etiquette and customer service capabilities to manage calls and inquiries with courtesy and efficiency.
  • A focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to build trust and rapport while resolving concerns promptly.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client requests in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency with basic office software and client management systems; ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Experience in senior care, healthcare, or a client‑facing support role is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in healthcare, social services, or a related field is a plus.
