Palm Medical Centers in Winter Haven, FL seeks a Customer Service Specialist to be the first point of contact for patients. You will assist with check-in/check-out, answer phones, verify insurance, and perform clerical tasks in a busy front desk environment.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma with at least one year of medical front desk experience, is proficient with computers and eCW, and communicates effectively in English (Spanish bilingual is a plus).
