Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Comprehensive Ophthalmologist to join our esteemed team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing top‑tier patient care and a passion for all aspects of ophthalmology. As part of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing, managing, and treating a wide range of ocular conditions, as well as performing surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to diagnose and treat various eye conditions, including cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy.
- Perform a range of surgical procedures, including cataract surgery, cosmetic treatments, and other ocular surgeries.
- Collaborate with our experienced team of optometrists, technicians, and medical assistants to provide integrated, patient‑centered care.
- Provide post‑operative care and ongoing management of chronic eye conditions.
- Maintain detailed patient records and ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay at the forefront of ophthalmic advancements.
- Contribute to the growth and success of the practice through high‑quality patient care and teamwork.
- Completion of a residency in Ophthalmology.
- Board certification or eligibility in Ophthalmology.
- Active state medical license and ability to practice in Florida.
- Expertise in a variety of ophthalmic procedures, including cataract surgery.
- Strong diagnostic skills and experience with a wide range of ocular conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient education and satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
