Pastoral Resident:
Cypress Ridge Presbyterian Church
To develop ministry and theological skills for a lifetime of pastoral ministry.
PositionQualifications:
- Must have a personal relationship with Jesus that is growing toward maturity in Christ.
- Must sincerely care for others and desire to help them live for the Lord.
- Must be Christ-centered and people-driven.
- Must be willing to give sacrificially of himself.
- Must be teachable and willing to learn.
- Must believe in and practice our ministry philosophy of “team ministry.”
- Must be agreeable to the doctrinal standards of the PCA.
- Must be pursuing formal theological training through a seminary degree.
- Ability to hold in confidence sensitive information gained through ministry.
