Oasis Christian Academy is seeking a qualified and passionate individual to teach our Middle School English courses. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a love for children, a commitment to academic excellence, and a desire to integrate biblical truth into all areas of instruction. This individual will create a positive and engaging learning environment that supports the educational, spiritual, and social development of every student.

• Demonstrates academic competence in subject areas and integrates instruction across the curriculum.

• Collaborates effectively with colleagues, parents, and administration to enhance student learning and spiritual growth.

• Incorporates biblical principles into classroom instruction and daily interactions.

• Knowledge of instructional methods appropriate for middle school students.
• Desire and ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds and learning levels to help them reach their full potential.
• Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
• Ability to manage both small and large groups of students in a positive, structured learning environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working effectively with students, parents, and staff.
• Commitment to professional growth and continued learning.
• Positive, flexible, and collaborative spirit aligned with Christian values.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education or a related field.
• Recent teaching experience, coursework, or activity related to Language instruction.
• Demonstrates knowledge of current instructional strategies appropriate for Middle School students.
• Demonstrates a personal commitment to Christian faith and faithfully attends in-person church services.
• Must support and uphold the mission, statement of faith, and philosophy of Christian education at Oasis Christian Academy.
