Works in the area of Software Engineering, which encompasses the development, maintenance and optimization of software solutions or applications.
1. Applies scientific methods to analyse and solve software engineering problems.
2. Heorshe is responsible for the development and application of software engineering practice and knowledge, in research, design, development and maintenance.
3. Hisorher work requires the exercise of original thought and judgement and the ability to supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers. 4. The software engineer builds skills and expertise of hisorher software engineering discipline to reach standard software engineer skills expectations for the applicable role, as defined in Professional Communities. 5. The software engineer collaborates and acts as team player with other software engineers and stakeholders.

In This Role, You Should Expect To

• Lead and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Service Now SPM modules for national and international clients.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze strategic planning processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design scalable solutions.
• Translate business needs into technical designs, ensuring alignment with platform capabilities and best practices.
• Configure and customize the platform using roadmaps, investment plans, scoring models, and workflows to meet client-specific requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and portfolio managers, throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay current with Service Now platform updates, SPM trends, and strategic planning methodologies, applying this knowledge to enhance solution quality.
• Contribute to a collaborative and agile working environment, participating in Scrum/Kanban ceremonies and promoting continuous delivery.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience managing and configuring Service Now SPM modules, including Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand Management, Resource Management, and Financial Planning.
• Deep understanding of portfolio and program management best practices, and their practical application within Service Now to support strategic decision-making.
• Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize planning, prioritization, and execution processes across SPM domains.
• Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements from multiple stakeholders into clear and actionable technical specifications.
• Hands‑on experience configuring roadmaps, investment funding, scoring models, and workflows to tailor SPM functionality.
• Experience in process mapping, gap analysis, and continuous improvement of strategic planning and execution operations.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (both verbal and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Structured, organized, and detail‑oriented in your approach to work.
