Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is hiring a Plant Optimization Engineer for its Winter Haven, FL corrugated box plant. It’s a two-year rotational development program designed for recent engineering graduates (0-2 years).
The role is full-time with benefits, offering hands-on training in maintenance and production and exposure to the corrugated packaging industry. Upon completion, the POE will transition into a full-time role in Production or Maintenance, with potential leadership paths.
