Government Lending USDA Specialist

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requests to modify the SBA loan, including credit and collateral decisions
• Analyze financial spreads and recommend if a deferment is an appropriate solution for a customer
• Assist customers at a high level of service while following the SOP Guidelines for each credit decision
• Document each customer request and modification making sure the loans are well secured
• Complete all training as defined by Compliance including any available SBA training
• Identify loan exceptions and errors, and provide workable solutions
• Work with a customer when the request is denied

• Education Requirements: High School and some Collage preferred
• Minimum Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in SBA
• Licenses and
  
  Certifications:
  
  SBA Loan Servicing SOP processes and procedures

• Experience working in PCFS Loan Manager, Excel, Word, Adobe, ETRAN, Navigator Fiserv
• Knowledge of the SBA’s most recent SOP servicing release
• Capable of working independently
• Ability to make sound credit recommendations with supporting documentation for final approval
• Knowledge of SBA SOP and able to work with customers when their request is denied
