We are seeking a Full-Time, Part-Time or PRN Occupational Therapist to join our team of experienced therapists. Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Track/document patient progress and outcomes
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic strategies
• Stay current with innovative therapy techniques
• Assign patients to the team members
• Collaborate with Facility case management for discharge planning and patient care management

Qualifications:

• Active Florida Occupational Therapist (OT) License
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Passion for helping others and delivering exceptional care
