Title: Patient Access Services Coordinator
Facility: Winter Haven Hospital - Radiation Therapy
The Patient Access Service (PAS) Coordinator Is Responsible For- Performing functions in any or all of the following PAS modalities:
Front Desk, Registration, Scheduling, Financial Counseling, Bed Control, Cashier, Insurance, and Document Imaging - Proficient in all of the Patient Access Service modalities within the department
- Resolves PAS and customer service issues
- Processes payroll
- Maintains department staffing schedules
- Assists the manager in providing guidance and direction to the Patient Access Service Representatives
- May be required to rotate shifts, and occasionally takes on‑call responsibilities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
Experience
- 3 years Related field
- HS Graduate or Equivalent GED required
- Associate's Degree preferred
Location: Winter Haven, FL
Status: Full Time
Days: Monday - Friday

7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
