Bay Care Health Systems is currently seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist to join our outstanding and compassionate team in Winter Haven! This role is field-based working with ages 4-21.

• Meeting with patients to complete psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, as well as individual, group and family therapy as deemed appropriate for each individual patient.
• Conducting case management activities as well as discharge planning and maintains appropriate documentation.
• Providing appropriate therapeutic and educational interventions, services and is knowledgeable about community resources.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
• This role requires a Master's prepared in the field of Clinical Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy, or other related field.

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Driver's License
• Driver's License LMFT (Marriage and Family), LMHC (Mental Health) or LCSW (Social Work)

• Master's in Social Work, Psychology or Related Field

• 2 years clinical related experience or 9 month internship.

• 1 year of relevant experience with Master's
