Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider- Winter Haven, Florida

Bay Care Medical Group is a physician-led medical group seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our team in Winter Haven, Florida
. This practice currently has 4 providers. This outpatient office is open Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm and provides care to patients 6+.

The ideal candidate will have experience in adult clinical care, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and will be comfortable working independently.

Minimum two years’ experience as an Advanced Practice Provider in a Primary Care setting required.
