SummaryCoordinate daily food service operations including preparation, distribution and service to patients, cafeteria, catering and other customers. Oversee and maintain quality control monitors and take corrective action as necessary. Assist with TM functions to include interviewing, performance appraisals, disciplinary action, coaching and scheduling. Coordinate TM orientation, training and competency assessment. Monitor the overall security of the department. Perform all other duties as assigned.
Education- HS Graduate or Equivalent GED
