This Financial Assistance Caseworker opportunity is a full-time position requiring on-site work in Winter Haven, FL.
ResponsibilitiesThe Financial Assistance Caseworker is responsible for identifying patients who may be eligible for financial and social assistance from various public agencies by assessing their financial and social situation, acting as a liaison between the patient, the family and public agencies, and documenting the assessment and approvals. Performs other duties as assigned.

- OR 1-year Social Work or Public Assistance with a bachelor's degree
