Bay Care in Florida seeks a chaplain to provide pastoral and spiritual care to patients, families and staff across our network. You will educate and support emotional well‑being and faith-based needs in a hospital setting. Applicants must have ecclesiastical endorsement;
Catholic priests require Sacraments Faculty from the diocese.
400 hours of CPE are required; a Bachelor in Theology is mandatory, with continuing education hours. Preference is given to those with a Masters in Theology.
