Bay Care Health System seeks experienced Patient Care Technicians to join the Staffing Resource Office Float Team, covering Region 3 facilities including Bartow Regional Medical Center, South Florida Baptist Hospital and Winter Haven Hospital.
PRN role requires 4 shifts in a 6-week cycle with 2 weekend shifts, plus holiday commitments. Provides direct patient care under RN/LPN supervision and requires BLS certification and relevant acute care experience.
