Advent Health in Winter Haven, FL, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in a full-time role. The position includes a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 and relocation bonus up to $3,000.
Schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, with a later shift from 10am–7pm as needed, at Advent Health Sports Med and Rehab facility. Required credentials include a PT license and BLS;
Doctorate in Physical Therapy (preferred) and Orthopedic patient experience are assets.
