• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for patients, including diagnoses, medications, and treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information
• Accurately process and file medical records, including scanning and indexing documents
• Respond to inquiries from patients, physicians, and other staff members in a timely and professional manner
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve the accuracy and efficiency of medical records management
• Collaborate with other departments, such as billing and coding, to ensure seamless patient care
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
