Uplift Home Care is looking for compassionate and dependable Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team and provide one-on-one care to seniors and veterans in the comfort of their homes.

As a CNA/HHA with Uplift Home Care, you will provide compassionate support and personal care while promoting each patient’s dignity, privacy, independence, and quality of life.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting patients with personal hygiene and grooming
• Supporting activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with safe mobility and transfers, as appropriate
• Supporting seniors and veterans in maintaining independence at home
• Observing and reporting changes in the patient’s condition to the appropriate care team
• Following the patient’s individualized plan of care and Agency policies

Uplift Home Care provides in-home private duty care and currently has opportunities available in Winter Haven, Florida.

Our caregivers work one-on-one with seniors and veterans, helping them remain independent and safely age in place in the comfort of their own homes.

• CNA certification or HHA certification with at least 75 verifiable hours
• Current AHCA Level II Background Screening
• Valid Florida Driver’s License
• Current automobile insurance
• Reliable vehicle
• Current CPR certification
• Alzheimer’s and Dementia training
• Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional approach to patient care
