This full-time position is onsite at our rehabilitation center, where you will collaborate with a skilled team of healthcare professionals dedicated to enhancing patient outcomes. As a Physical Therapist at Little Rehabilitation Physical Therapy, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients referred by physicians to develop tailored, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Implementing and monitoring rehabilitation programs across various specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.
• Delivering high-quality therapeutic services both at the center and, when necessary, in alternative care settings to optimize outcomes.
• Demonstrating consistent excellence in customer service that enhances patient satisfaction and promotes our organization's values.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to analyze treatment effectiveness and adjust care strategies to ensure comprehensive support for each patient.
