, you play a huge role in creating the clean, welcoming, and magical environment that guests expect at LEGOLAND® Florida Resort. You’ll be responsible for keeping our park looking its best—from restrooms and walkways to attractions and public spaces—helping ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for guests and fellow employees alike. Whether working independently or as part of a team, your attention to detail and strong work ethic help bring the LEGOLAND experience to life every day.
- Work within an assigned zone, completing essential custodial and presentation tasks to support smooth park operations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance across public areas, attractions, and restrooms
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and keep walkways clean and guest-ready
- Empty trash and recycling bins and ensure proper waste disposal
- Clean and sanitize benches, tables, handrails, and high-touch surfaces
- Perform regular restroom cleaning and sanitizing to keep spaces fresh and safe
- Replenish restroom supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
- Address restroom or cleanliness concerns quickly and professionally
- Provide friendly assistance, directions, and information to guests when needed
- Respond to guest requests for cleaning support or help
- Identify and report maintenance concerns or safety hazards
- Ensure walkways remain clear of spills, debris, and obstacles
- Complete opening and closing procedures according to operating guidelines
- Partner with leadership to help resolve guest concerns across the resort
- Follow all health and safety procedures to protect guests and teammates
- Respond calmly and appropriately to incidents or accidents
- Stay focused in busy, high-energy environments with crowds and noise
- Work effectively under pressure, including during ride issues or guest concerns
- Indoor, outdoor, and enclosed work spaces with changing temperatures
- Exposure to wet or humid conditions and possible food allergens
- Regular standing, walking, bending, and moving throughout the park
- Visual and hearing ability to read instructions, follow procedures, and communicate clearly
- Custodial, janitorial, or commercial cleaning experience preferred—but not required
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean spaces
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Friendly communicator with a guest-first mindset
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable attendance is essential for this role

Pay Range: USD $14.00/Hr.
