Job Description
As the Food Service Supervisor - LEGOLAND Florida Theme Park , you will plan, guide, and execute food and beverage services within the Theme Park with the focus on meeting operating and financial goals, client objectives, and customer needs. The Food Service Supervisor is a key operations leader responsible for developing and executing service solutions to meet customer needs and tastes for front of house operations.
COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $47,000 to $49,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

- Bachelor's degree level education highly preferred or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in the service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment, including managing teams is required.
- Experience in managing food and beverage service in Theme parks, Zoos, Multi Outlet Food Concepts (ie. Food Court) is preferred.
- Ability to work an event based schedule which will include days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal, analysis, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to lead a team in a fast paced environment, ensure guest service standards are executed at a high level, and meeting our guest and client expectations.
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
