One Source Housekeeping Solutions is seeking an experienced and dependable Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations at a hotel property in Winter Haven, Florida. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to lead a team while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, productivity, and guest satisfaction.

Supervise and support room attendants, house attendants, and other housekeeping team members.

Assign daily workloads and communicate operational priorities to the team.

Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure company and hotel quality standards are met.

Monitor room status, productivity, attendance, and completion of daily assignments.

Train new employees on cleaning procedures, safety requirements, and property standards.

Provide coaching and corrective feedback when performance expectations are not met.

Assist with cleaning rooms, public spaces, or completing runner responsibilities when operationally necessary.

Ensure housekeeping carts, closets, equipment, and supplies are properly stocked and organized.

Report maintenance issues, room damages, safety hazards, and lost-and-found items according to established procedures.

Respond professionally and promptly to guest and client requests.

Maintain accurate daily reports, inspection records, and operational documentation.

Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and attendance expectations.

Work closely with property leadership to support staffing and operational needs.

Previous hotel housekeeping experience is required.

Previous supervisory or team-lead experience is preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to inspect rooms thoroughly and identify quality concerns.

Reliable, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to coach employees and hold team members accountable.

Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and varying schedules based on operational needs.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift.

Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred but not required.

Competitive pay of $17.00 per hour
