Position Summary

One Source Hospitality is seeking an experienced and dependable Housekeeping Inspector to oversee daily housekeeping operations at a hotel property in Winter Haven, Florida. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and able to lead a team while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, productivity, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign daily workloads and communicate operational priorities to the team.
• Inspect guest rooms to ensure company and hotel quality standards are met.
• Monitor room status, productivity, attendance, and completion of daily assignments.
• Train new employeesoncleaning procedures, safety requirements, and property standards.
• Provide coaching and corrective feedback when performance expectations are not met.
• Assist with cleaning rooms, public spaces, or completing runner responsibilities when operationally necessary.
• Ensure housekeeping carts, closets, equipment, and supplies are properly stocked and organized.
• Report maintenance issues, roomdamages, safety hazards, and lost-and-found items according to established procedures.
• Respond professionally and promptly to guest and client requests.
• Maintainaccuratedaily reports, inspection records, and operational documentation.
• Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and attendance expectations.
• Work closely with property leadership to support staffing and operational needs.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel, resort, timeshare, or housekeeping experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Previousinspector, supervisor or team-lead experience is preferred.
• Reliable, flexible, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays
• Bilingual English and Spanishispreferred but nostrequired.
