Description:
The GM will oversee day-to-day operations including food & beverage, hospitality, staffing, financial performance, memberships, events, and golf simulator operations. This individual will work directly with ownership to build the opening team, establish service standards and SOPs, control labor and operating costs, and create an exceptional guest experience.
Qualifications:
are looking for a proven hospitality leader with strong P&L experience, team-building ability, operational discipline, and a passion for premium service. Experience in upscale restaurants, resorts, private clubs, or entertainment venues is preferred.
