Job Description:

* Assists in the operation and general maintenance of painting, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, locksmith, and alarm systems.

* Maintains complete and accurate records of all maintenance and repairs.

* Keeps current on maintenance logs and documentation.

* Manages and maintains tools and equipment in good working condition.

* Collaborates with other departments to ensure maintenance tasks do not interfere with operations.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

High School Grad or Equiv (Required)
Driver's License (DL) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

Pay Range:

$17.01 - $27.21
