RESPONSIBILITIES- Plan commercial and residential jobs, providing estimates and schedules.
- Manage and develop service center operations staff, including setting priorities, conducting staff meetings, coaching, mentoring, and training.
- Develop and implement operational plans to achieve profit and growth goals, while managing expenditures to meet operational objectives.
- Prepare forecasts for sales growth, market mix, and profitability, and outline plans to meet projections.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure proper procedures and guidelines are followed.
- Manage the P & L.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Stay current with industry standards and practices, including product details and company services offered.
- Provide exemplary customer service, maintain relationships, and help the team upsell products and services, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist with or perform administrative tasks.
- Develop knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, ensuring compliance.
- Resolve escalated customer issues, building strong relationships with clients.
- Monitor department issues and client complaints to identify patterns and reduce recurring problems.
- Regularly audit work and customer service to ensure standards are met and repairs are thorough and accurate.
- Oversee team members performing inspections, preparing reports, and executing repairs; if necessary, perform these duties personally to ensure quality.
- Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
- Promote enthusiasm and brand loyalty during daily huddles, team meetings, and one‑on‑ones.
- Extensive plumbing experience.
- Experience with business expansion preferred.
- Top‑notch leadership skills that motivate others.
- Strong customer‑care skills.
- Organized and detail‑oriented.
- Experience leading a team with KPIs.
- Possesses integrity and honesty in operations.
