Bay Care - - Responsibilities:
Prepare foods according to standardized recipes and production methods;
Ensure high quality using safe, sanitary food handling techniques during preparation, service and storage and daily quality control checks;
Work multiple production stations and conduct quality control checks on taste, temperature and presentation on patient, cafeteria, and catering foods;
Train and orient staff on food production and safety and sanitation practices;
Lead production in absence of Executive Chef according to facility
