Registered Nurse - Med​/Surg Tele - Nights

Position Description

Bay Care Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Medical/Surgical Tele team at Winter Haven Hospital.

The RN will independently care for a group of patients using the nursing process and clinical standards, delegate appropriate patient care activities to other team members, and maintain professional accountability and development.

• Collaborate and communicate with interdisciplinary care providers in developing and assisting in the plan of care
• Organize, prioritize, and update the plan of care in collaboration with the patient, family, and significant others in a medical/surgical unit
• Identify patients at risk for injury regarding diagnosis, medication, procedure, age, etc., and prepare the room environment

• Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• 6 months RN acute care experience
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing
