Bay Care Health System is seeking an experienced RN – Charge Nurse to join the Medical/Surgical Neuro unit at Winter Haven Hospital. This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about oncology care, patient advocacy, and team development.
Position OverviewThe RN Charge Nurse provides clinical and operational leadership for the unit, serving as a role model, preceptor, and clinical resource while ensuring high-quality, compassionate care for oncology patients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support nursing staff during assigned shifts
- Serve as charge nurse and preceptor
- Promote professional growth, collaboration, and evidence-based practice
- Communicate organizational priorities and unit goals

Minimum 2 years of acute care RN experience - Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Prior charge or leadership experience
- Oncology experience or specialty certification
