Position DescriptionRN - Registered Nurse Department Pool / PRN - PACU
Bay Care Health System is currently seeking a PRN/Pool Registered Nurse to join our outstanding and compassionate PACU team at Winter Haven Hospital
.
- Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.
- Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
- Professional accountability and development.
- Direct contact with the child and has primary responsibility for providing personal care assistance and supervision to a child.
- Performing the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.

Certifications and Licensures
:
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification is required
- RN (Registered Nurse) license is required
- ACLS Certification is required
- Nurse Specialty certification is preferred
Education
:
- Associates degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma is required
- Bachelors degree in Nursing is preferred
Experience
:
- 18 months of RN experience is required.
- 1 year of RN experience in PACU, critical care and/or emergency is preferred
