Full-Time 8a-4p
Are you an RN or LPN looking for meaningful one-on-one patient care? North Bay Home Health is seeking dedicated, compassionate nurses to join our team and provide exceptional care in a supportive home environment.
What You’ll Do- Provide individualized 1:1 nursing care in a home setting
- Follow established care plans and monitor patient progress
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and caregivers for continuity of care
- Maintain accurate documentation and promptly report any changes
- Active Florida RN or LPN license (compact license accepted)
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Skills with G‑tubes, trachs, and ventilators a plus

- Minimum 1 year of home health experience preferred
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and clinical judgment

- CPR (AHA or ARC)
- Recent physical (within 6 months) & TB test (within 1 year)

- LPN: $23 – $32/hr
- RN: $32 – $34/hr
