Bay Care Medical Group is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our collaborative Anesthesia team at Winter Haven Hospital
.

• Predictable scheduling + flexibility:
  Multiple shift options (8s, 10s, 12s) with transparent expectations, fair daily assignments, and clearly structured breaks and relief.
• Variety + growth:
  Broad case mix with opportunities to build and maintain skills in ortho, general surgery, vascular, urology, endo, IR, and EP/cath lab; ongoing education and mentorship, including support for new grads.
• Call structure:
  No call, with holiday or weekend coverage optional.
• Case mix:
  Ortho, General, EP, Vascular, GYN, Urology, ENDO, IR.
• Not performed: OB, Cardiac, Pediatrics.
