Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic ICU RN to provide close monitoring and frequent assessments for patients. In this role you will make clinical assessments, manage treatment autonomously, and work collaboratively with a supportive team to deliver excellent care.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
  • Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions
  • Provide high‑focus care with a commitment to continuous improvement
Qualifications
  • Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required
  • Compact license holders must obtain a Florida license within 60 days of relocation
  • BLS‑AHA Provider issued card required within 30 days of start
  • ACLS required within 6 months of hire
  • BSN preferred
  • CCRN preferred
Hospital Overview

HCA Florida Osceola Hospital is a 404‑bed tertiary care facility, accredited by the Joint Commission and a Level II Trauma Center. It is a teaching hospital in collaboration with the University of Central Florida College of Medicine and offers services including Emergency Care, Trauma Care, Pediatric ER, Heart & Vascular Institute, Comprehensive Stroke Center, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Level II, Women’s Services, Behavioral Health, Orthopedics & Spine, and a Graduate Medical Education Program.

The platform also includes a freestanding Emergency Department at Hunter’s Creek ER.
