The Operating Room RN responsibilities include:

• Independently cares for a sub‑specialty group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards
• Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team
• Responsible for professional accountability and development according to best practice standards set forth by a nationally recognized specialty organization
• Performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned

• Minimum of two years of experience as an RN (preferably at least one year in the Operating Room)

• Clinical skills appropriate to position
• Interpersonal skills

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RN (Registered Nurse)
• ACLS (Cardiovascular) if required by department
• Preferred Nurse Specialty (CNOR)

• Associate's Nursing or Diploma Nursing
• Preferred Bachelor's Nursing

Winter Haven, FL. Shift 1: 6AM–9AM;
Variable start times. 10 hr shift. Shift 1 = Days, 2 = Evenings, 3 = Nights, 4 = Varies.
