Bay Care Health System is currently seeking a RN - Charge Nurse to join our outstanding and compassionate Med/Surg Tele unit at Winter Haven Hospital. • The RN – Charge Nurse is proficient in caring for a patient population utilizing effective managerial skills.
• Acts as a professional role model for other members of the nursing team.
• Develops self and team members and shares organizational information.
• Preceptor and charge nurse for the unit.

• Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• 2 years RN acute care experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

• 1 year leadership experience
• Nurse specialty
