Bay Care Health System is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Medical /Surgical Neurology Unit at Winter Haven Hospital. Winter Haven Hospital is recognized for delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care and improving the health of the communities we serve.

The Registered Nurse provides direct patient care in a hospital setting using the nursing process and established clinical standards. The RN collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, prioritizes patient needs, and ensures safe, high‑quality care on a Medical/Surgical Cardiac unit.

• Provide direct patient care using evidence‑based nursing practice
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members on plans of care
• Delegate appropriate patient care tasks to support staff
• Identify patient safety risks related to diagnosis, medications, procedures, and age
• Maintain professional accountability and ongoing development

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
