Amedisys, Inc. is seeking an RN Admissions Nurse for the Winter Haven, FL area. This role requires daily travel between facilities with a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
You will assess patients, coordinate admissions, and work with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement an initial plan of care. Strong communication and RN experience in hospice or home health are preferred, along with CPR certification and active Florida RN licensure.
