Bay Care Health System is currently seeking a RN
- Charge Nurse to join our outstanding and compassionate Med/Surg Tele unit at Winter Haven Hospital. Winter Haven has an outstanding reputation for superior, patient-centered care. • The RN
  - Charge Nurse is proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective managerial skills.
• Acts as a professional role model for other members of the nursing team.
• Is responsible for developing self and team members and sharing organizational information.
• The Charge Nurse performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse.

• Registered Nurse license
• BLS
• 2 years RN acute care experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

• 1 year Leadership experience
