Advent Health in Winter Haven, FL is seeking a registered nurse for home health care. You will evaluate safety in patients’ homes, review medical data, and implement individualized care plans. Work is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with weekend on-call rotation, with a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 where applicable.
