AgHires in Winter Haven, FL, is seeking a full-time Research/Synthesis Chemist to conduct laboratory experiments, perform research, and analytical testing. The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in chemistry, preferably an M.S. in organic chemistry, and 2-3 years of industrial experience. Responsibilities include conducting organic synthesis reactions, documenting project findings, and applying advanced research instrumentation. This role operates in laboratory and office environments with less than 10% travel required.
