- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Auction experience is a plus
- High energy, outgoing, and aggressive personality
- Outstanding communication skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Excellent managerial skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident
- Must pass pre‑employment testing, including background checks, MVR, and drug screening
