What You’ll Do

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of helping customers find their dream vehicle while building lasting relationships. You will:

  • Welcome and guide customers on the lot with confidence and professionalism.
  • Showcase vehicle features through engaging demonstrations and test drives.
  • Assist customers with financing options and sales applications.
  • Follow up with sales leads from multiple sources to drive results.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Ensure the lot is organized and vehicles are showcased to attract buyers.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in automotive sales is a plus, but we’ll train motivated candidates!
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and follow-through skills.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and strong closing skills.
  • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Willingness to complete background and drug screening.
