Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000.

• Build long‑term, trusting relationships with our customers.
• Grow our business (sell) and control expenses to make a profit.
• Inspect customers' homes to determine services needed.
• Prepare and present proposals to existing and new customers.
• Network and make cold calls to generate sales leads.
• Conduct telephone prospecting and appointment setting.
• Complete all sales‑related paperwork accurately and on time.

• No industry experience required.
• Prior outside sales experience is a plus.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED).
• Valid Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record.
• Background checks completed on all candidates considered for hire.
